Internal Communications and Employer Branding Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

  • Handling of all existing internal communications activities and channels like information e-mails, all hands meetings or internal celebrations 
  • Further development of internal communications infrastructure across TeamViewer’s global offices in EMEA, APAC and Americas including setting up new tools and formats of internal communications like regular newsletters, management podcasts or Intranet with a focus on communicating the company’s strategic growth program
  • Involvement in M&A-related integration projects covering internal communications workstreams
  • Collaborating with HR in creating and communicating a global attractive employer brand – internally as well as externally – by supporting HR projects like onboarding programs, employee surveys or health strategy as well as by developing content for website, social media, events, recruiting platforms etc.
  • Responsibility for HR-related PR activities such as press releases, interviews or byline articles
  • Being an ambassador for the unique TeamViewer culture, driving employee involvement and engagement and fostering the company’s values through adequate communication, events and dialogue formats; being a relevant contact person for all employees and leadership
  • Handling of sustainability-related projects with focus on community engagement, social sponsoring's and doing good, accompanying these projects with internal and external communication

Requirements

  • University degree in communications or adjacent fields
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in the field of internal communications in global organizations with more than 1,000 employees
  • Proven experience in the development and implementation of internal communication strategies as well as handling of different communications channels including digital formats and new technologies
  • Strong project management and event organization skills
  • Native level German and English language skills, further language skills are advantageous
  • Very good writing / editing / reviewing and storytelling skills
  • Multimedia experience (video, podcast) highly appreciated
  • Experience in the software / tech industry and tech savviness is a plus
