The IT Project Manager, Customer Deployments, based in TeamViewer's Atlanta office (Fulton county), will manage and oversee the successful deployment of our innovative software Solutions to our customers, coordinate project teams, constantly engage with assigned customers and identify potential for further deployments.
- Manages the implementation of TeamViewer Enterprise products, with a focus on AR
- Becomes a functional expert of the TeamViewer AR product portfolio
- Provides resourcing, estimates, scheduling and coordination during all project phases
- Drives roadmap and development with Project Engineers
- Makes recommendations to improve project success
- Creates dedicated project plans for implementation at customer site
- Shifts project details as needed, as the project develops
- Is the mediator between our customer and TeamViewer
- Manages user acceptance and system integration testing
- Oversees rollout and user training
- Identifies upselling potential
Requirements
- Willing to travel 20%-25% of the time
- Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
- Experience with AR and wearable computing is a bonus
- You feel confident and competent in customer interaction
- Ideally fluent in another language (e.g. Spanish, German or French)
- Team player who enjoys working with cross-functional teams
- Experience with project ownership
- 1-5 years of IT project management experience
- Strong technical background
