IT Service Desk Administrator (m/f/d)

Full-Time     Yerevan, AM

Responsibilities

  • Support the entire company's IT Service Desk and be the initial contact point for internal IT problems via IT Service Desk hotline
  • Create tickets and escalate to the respective teams
  • Be responsible for solving help desk tickets in our IT ticket system within SLAs
  • Assist our internal IT department with all its activities

Requirements

  • University degree in Computer Sciences, Telecommunications, or a related field, ideally with at least 1 year of professional experience in technical support roles
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, both spoken and written
  • Good knowledge of Windows® 10
  • Basic knowledge of the Active Directory, Networking and Operating systems
  • Strong communication skills and passion for working with people
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to take ownership of the work assigned, and deliver results timely, reliably and correctly
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with remote teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with ticketing systems such as FreshService will be plus
