Support the entire company's IT Service Desk and be the initial contact point for internal IT problems via IT Service Desk hotline
Create tickets and escalate to the respective teams
Be responsible for solving help desk tickets in our IT ticket system within SLAs
Assist our internal IT department with all its activities
Requirements
University degree in Computer Sciences, Telecommunications, or a related field, ideally with at least 1 year of professional experience in technical support roles
Fluency in English is mandatory, both spoken and written
Good knowledge of Windows® 10
Basic knowledge of the Active Directory, Networking and Operating systems
Strong communication skills and passion for working with people
Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to take ownership of the work assigned, and deliver results timely, reliably and correctly
Ability to work independently while collaborating with remote teams in a fast-paced environment
Experience with ticketing systems such as FreshService will be plus
