IT Service Desk Administrator (m/f/d)

  • Support the entire company's IT service desk and be the initial intake point for internal IT problems
  • Ensure that new workstations are equipped completely and on-time and support our workstations
  • Create and maintain technical documentation on confluence, internal knowledge base
  • Conceive and design new processes and automatic procedures to make work more efficient
  • Assume responsibility for his own projects depending on his previous knowledge
  • Be responsible for the procurement of software and hardware including the obtaining of offers and contract negotiations
  • Be responsible for solving help desk tickets in our IT ticket system within SLAs
  • Be responsible for internal relocations of workplaces and equipment incl. cabling
  • As an IT all-rounder, assist our internal IT department with all its activities


  • Successfully completed training as an IT systems integration specialist, ideally have initial professional experience
  • Have very good Windows® (10) knowledge
  • Preferably have knowledge in the following specialized areas: Windows 10, Active Directory, Confluence, IT ticket system, fresh service, VoIP
  • Fluency in English and/or German is mandatory, further languages are a plus
  • Enjoy work on a team and innovative thinking, be very committed, communicative, and well-organized
