Key Account Manager - Nordic Region (m/f)

Göppingen, Germany

Aufgaben

  • Identify the decision makers of our key accounts, convince them to collaborate with TeamViewer, and position TeamViewer’s product and service portfolio within the Nordic countries
  • Create „light house projects“ in your responsible customer setup to use this reference worldwide for further commercialization
  • Serve our customers at all hierarchical levels and market our SaaS solutions
  • Cultivate a personal connection with existing customers and build long-term customer relationships
  • Work within the framework of customer visits and technical questions and provide solution-based inspiration for questions of a commercial, logistical, and technical nature
  • Strategically manage accounts and create account plans
  • Monitor the market in regard to new project opportunities and generate analyses and concepts and if needed develop new “go to market” strategies.
  • Have strong management skills and regular contact with customers in order to recognize customer needs in a timely manner as well as identify new application areas for TeamViewer’s portfolio
  • Building an active sales pipeline, manage it with a strong focus on closure, act responsibly and proactive

Qualifikationen

  • Post-secondary degree in economics, computer science, or business administration with a concentration in a technical or IT-related field
  • Several years of experience in account management or a minimum of 5 years’ experience in software/license sales as well as experience in creating strategic account plans
  • In-depth market and industry knowledge as well as customer contacts
  • Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a friendly and professional approach to customers
  • Negotiation skills at all management levels as well as a high measure of authority in critical situations and an ability to work independently
  • Excellent knowledge of English, additional language skills desired (Danish, Norwegian or Finish)
  • Passion for sales with a great desire to succeed
  • Affinity for the general economic process and business figures
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
  • Across the board thinking is necessary
  • Goal oriented thinking with the ability to close deals fast are common practice
  • No fear for cold calling activities towards endcustomers & resellers
