Manager Inside Sales EMEA

Aufgaben

  • You control and steer your team KPI based and report on a regular basis about the essential Direct Sales KPIs to your supervisor.
  • You have updated knowledge about your markets, current campaigns, targets and actual numbers.
  • You discuss possible obstructions with Sales Operations to further improve internal processes and increase productivity.
  • You ensure the transfer of knowledge within your team and constantly strive to increase the level of customer service.
  • You implement and supervise actions to secure quality of written and spoken communication with the customers through regular on the job coaching.
  • You stay engaged in everyday tasks so that you can identify possible improvement, process optimization and support your colleagues on questions.
  • You act as the last level of escalation for particularly difficult cases.
  • You are responsible to reach the goals of your markets by steering and controlling your team KPI based.
  • You evaluate market performance data  and report to your supervisor on a regular basis and give feedback regarding market trends, external factors and recommendations for strategies.
  • You closely work together with Sales Operations, Marketing and your supervisor to plan and implement campaigns for your markets to reach market goals.
  • You engage your staff in regular One2One meetings and conduct team meetings about current topics to ensure team engagement and skill development.
  • You are fully responsible on hiring, training and further developing your team members (takeover after probation time, early cancellation of probation time or termination of contract) and communicate your decision to the employee.
  • You give regular feedback about your staff to your supervisor and HR and suggest possible raises of salary, assignment of further career advancement or the transfer of specific activities.
  • You provide frequent and continuous to your team members and give them appropriate feedback identifying each team member’s potential and addressing necessary future actions to be taken.
  • You do request training need for your team members and report back development steps.
  • You stay aware of hiring needs and report it to your supervisor.
  • You screen applications for open job positions and select candidates for the next hiring steps.
  • You participate in telephone interviews and talent checks for new team members and assist your Team Manager colleagues when doing talent checks or doing interviews when needed.
  • You make all hiring and termination decisions with support from your supervisor and/or HR as needed.
  • You create and manage staff schedules, including shift assignment, holiday approval and leave management.
  • You deliver employee evaluation reports and input for work references to HR.

Qualifikationen

  • A degree in business/information technology, economics or several years working experience providing the equivalent of a degree.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, ideally in the IT industry.
  • Experience leading teams, expecially when it comes to personal and professional development.
  • You are a sales and numbers driven person challenging yourself as well as your team every day.
  • You are a highly motivated and motivating leader for your team.
  • You dedicate yourself 100% to your tasks and are able to run a team independently.
  • You have strong analytic skills and are able to implement your findings in the most successful way (marketing campaigns, reorganization of the daily work, improvement of processes etc.).
  • You can easily adapt to new requirements and work together with the Management to further grow the company.
  • You think out of the box bringing new ideas to improve processes and workflows.
  • You are a self-confident and stable person, capable to work efficiently at any time and circumstances aligned with the goals of the company.
