Responsibilities
- Assist in processing IT Demand requests
- Prepare a decision base for your Team Manager for the raised IT Demand requests
- Be responsible to contact the requester and collect necessary further information if this is needed
- Assist to create KPI reports
- Support with preparation of meetings (presentation, agendas) and follow-ups (minutes, tracking action items)
- Support with the research and evaluation of hardware and software technology options
Requirements
- Be currently enrolled at a university program in the field of business informatics, computer science with experience and a focus on IT
- Good communication skills, and the ability to effectively communicate in English, German would be an advantage
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to think high-level and outside the box
- Tech-savvy, you enjoy researching and working with tools to optimize processes
- First experiences in requirements management, project management and business process analysis
- You are required to complete a mandatory internship, part of your university study program - preferably for at least 4 months
