Responsibilities
We are looking for a Marketing Automation Manager to support our Marketing team in various tasks revolving marketing automation and email marketing through tools including Marketo and Inxmail. This role acts as a key player in setting up and automating sophisticated marketing journeys to nurture both prospects and customers through their lifecycle as well as executing ad-hoc email campaigns on a global level.
- Plan, build, and execute marketing automation programs in Marketo among other email sending tools
- Understand, monitor, lead and apply governmental and company policies and regulations on the execution of marketing activities
- Support the optimisation of lead scoring and routing methodology to increase funnel efficiencies and conversation rates
- Manage the lead enrichment strategy for improving the quality of the database (prospect and customer) to enable effective segmentation and profiling
- Interpret customer data to identify triggers and behaviors that indicate potential required changes to our programming
- Monitor and maintain a high standard of deliverability and sender reputation across our email platforms
- Collaborate closely with all marketing functional teams, sales operations, IT, and our executive leadership
- Actively monitor, analyse, and report on marketing programs and program budgets and identify areas for testing and improvement
- Provide thorough knowledge of best practices and processes for marketing automation and actively drive, organise, and participate in key enhancements in all marketing technology
