Responsibilities
We’re looking for a motivated Marketing Events Manager to join the Americas Marketing team that will be responsible for executing in-person and/or virtual events and webinars.
This role is part of our growing America’s marketing team, where your focus is to execute on educating the market to help build trust and authority of the TeamViewer.
The Events Manager will report to the VP of Marketing for the Americas, and will work very closely with the entire sales and marketing organization, as well as other areas of the company.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide program management and leadership for strategic Enterprise events and programs that include partner sponsored events, webinars and in person events
- Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams to produce a seamless event experience that includes creating branded landing pages, registration forms, event creative
- Manage all aspects of project event planning from conception to execution, including creating event briefs, work back schedules, budgets and reporting on event post-mortems
- Build and manage lead nurture programs and workflows on the Marketo platform
- Build, manage, and drive project plans from start to finish on time and on budget
- Manage budget, vendors and negotiate contracts
- Provide accountability through dashboards, project plans, milestones, action tracking and status reports
- Bring new and innovative thinking for improving the performance of events
- Contribute to overall marketing goals and success
