Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a regional demand plan that drives revenue through direct and indirect sales teams for Korea.
  • Be responsible for driving the mid-funnel for Korea and planning and executing the demand generation strategy in partnership with sales & marketing leaders to achieve pipeline targets and significant positive financial impact.
  • Drive growth of TeamViewer products by developing, executing as well as optimizing the demand generation strategy.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing leadership to align this into a unified plan for the organization’s growth.
  • Design and optimize digital campaigns across multiple channels to generate pipeline.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance with granular tracking across relevant KPIs, including but not limited to impressions, clicks, web visitors, video views, collateral downloads, leads, initial sales conversations, and revenue by channel.
  • Define and own the end-to-end lead development process and optimization in conjunction with our Sales teams and Sales operations.
  • Forecast, measure, analyze and report on the impact of demand creation activities on sales pipeline, revenue and sales cycle length
  • Design, plan, manage and optimize integrated digital campaigns across multiple channels to generate pipeline for current and future products.
  • Ensure campaigns are tracked, report on results and continuously make data-driven decisions that improve results
  • Keep track on predefined KPIs for lead generation.
  • Work on nurture flows to further qualify leads.

Requirements

  • University Degree in Marketing, Media, Communication Management or a similar field.
  • 2+ years of marketing and/or demand generation experience preferably within a high-growth, B2B SaaS company.
  • Proven record of active input on project growing the pipeline and revenue targets in a high growth setting.
  • Fluency in English required.
  • Experience working on Demand generation.
  • Experience with B2B lead generation for Enterprise deals.
  • Experience with Naver Ads, Linkedin Ads, and Google Ads.
