Aufgaben
- Documentation of our marketing campaigns
- Support the Adserver Campaigns
- Organize internal marketing initiatives such as coordinating the company email signatures
- Align with Finance and Marketing to coordinate invoices and report missing ones
- Check and approve invoices
- Coordinate team meetings
- Support the team with the reporting of our campaigns and other departmental procurement duties
Qualifikationen
- Education in the field of Marketing, Economics or similar
- Excellent English skills, and German skills as a plus
- Affinity with Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Photoshop
- Good self-management abilities and an eye for details
- A positive attitude and a friendly and professional approach to the customer
