Marketo Administrator (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

We are looking for an innovative Marketo Administrator (m/f/d) to play a pivotal role in the next phase of our organization’s global expansion. This key stakeholder is one-part Marketing Automation genius and one-part Marketing Data expert and will serve as a vital link between our Demand Gen, Sales, Product, Business Intelligence and IT divisions.

  • Ensure a successful configuration, implementation, and maintenance of all marketing programs within Marketo
  • Work with the Director of Marketing Technology to target content for email nurturing and programs that move leads through the buying process
  • Establish lead scoring methodologies and intelligence programs used to help sales prioritize activities
  • Develop campaign landing pages and conduct A/B tests to improve conversion rates
  • Track and measure marketing campaign ROI, attribution and sales effectiveness
  • Create sales and marketing KPI dashboards, and other reports for executive review
  • Work with outside marketing agencies, CRM administrators, and internal marketing stakeholders to ensure data is clean, campaigns are executed on time, and marketing metrics are reported accurately
  • Collaborate closely with all marketing functional teams, sales operations, IT and our Executive Leadership

Requirements

  • University or college degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration or any related subject 
  • Marketo certified or 5 years of experience in front-back Marketo Administration
  • Advanced experience with developing and maintaining Marketo integration with CRM (Microsoft Dynamics would be advantageous) 
  • Understanding of the B2B lead funnel and strategies to optimize lead conversion
  • Basic experience with HTML, CSS, jQuery, and JavaScript
  • Marketing operations experience as it relates to email nurturing, funnel optimization, and database management
  • Deep understanding of marketing metrics and analytics, proactive in analyzing performance and making improvements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools. Tableau or similar is a nice-to-have
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills backed by understanding of complex data sets
  • Demonstrated ability to build highly effective working relationships with cross-functional teams with the help of team oriented mindset paired with leadership mentality which will help you strive for greatness and grow as our team expands
  • Keen interest in Performance Marketing topics and the utilization of the latest tools, techniques and processes to make your work as efficient as possible
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages such as German are a plus
