Office Manager (m/f)

with focus on Facility Management

Aufgaben

Job Functions:

  • Be responsible for the management of our building and undertake tasks, such as: coordination and planning of internal relocation, renovation, repair and refurbishment activities.
  • Search for real estate properties in order to assist our expansion, both nationally and internationally.
  • Coordinate and monitor building-related services (cleaning, outdoor areas, etc.).
  • Ensure the economic efficiency of the building, including all related services (technical service providers, waste management, energy management, etc.).
  • General administrative activities, such as incoming and outgoing e-mails, telephone switchboard, reception and guest service.

Qualifikationen

Critical Skills & Qualifications:

  • A successfully completed education or apprenticeship in a relevant field.
  • 3 – 5 years experience in the field of facility management.
  • High motivation, organisational talent, commitment and a high degree of reliability.
  • Very good MS-Office knowledge and high IT affinity.
  • Excellent knowledge of German and very good knowledge of English.
