Operation Transformation Architect (m/f/d) RPA focus

Responsibilities

  • Focus on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technology application at TeamViewer in order to automate repetitive and manual processes and tasks using in different departments
  • Be the point of contact for all RPA related and organizational process improvements
  • Pursue the goal of continuously improving processes and internal systems in order to contribute significantly to operational control and overview of the operational business
  • Assume responsibility for your own projects, which are derived from different departments or corporate strategy, from planning to conception and implementation
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPI) and follow-up on the portfolio of projects and improvement initiatives to ensure results are measured and achieved, including monthly business reporting.
  • Create structure for making data driven decisions for all the processed departments 
  • Support operational diagnostics to identify opportunities for improvement and work in a cross-functional role with all departments

Requirements

  • University degree in Informatics, Business Information Technology, Economics or a comparable subject
  • Professional experience in RPA projects (using software tools like PowerAutomate, UiPath, …) as well as interest in operational controlling
  • Strong background in Project Management, proven track record of leading and executing complex process improvement projects in a preferably international organization
  • Familiarity with methods like Lean Six Sigma and Lean Management
  • Confident in command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Entrepreneurship, Enthusiasm, resilience, willingness to learn and team spirit are among your strengths
  • Excellent communication skills in English and analytic thinking round up your profile
