Paid Social Manager, Performance Marketing (m/f/d/v)

Responsibilities

Leading the strategy and optimization on social campaigns across all relevant advertising platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.), you will be part of TeamViewer’s Performance Marketing Team and collaborate cross-functionally with SEO, Conversion Optimization, SEM, Analytics/Tracking & Measurement and more. 

Social Campaign Management: 

  • Lead the development and execution of Paid Social campaign strategies, through product roadmaps and a multi-funnel approach 

  • Advise on spend efforts towards driving customer interest and usage for TeamViewer products 

  • Support lead gen activities for the Demand Gen team 

  • Manage and optimize campaigns on a day-to-day basis by guiding our agency to deliver performance targets 

Analysis, Thought Leadership & Communication: 

  • Evaluate KPI’s for various efforts such as lead gen, branding, remarketing to distribute budgets across various products and markets  

  • Test plans, and risk/benefit analysis as well as analyzing results and developing actionable insights 

  • Use performance metrics to evaluate ROI and build reports around it 

  • Combine strategic vision with tracking and measurement tools to help us reach our performance goals 

  • Analyze audiences and tailor ads to maximize spending efficiency 

  • Build meaningful data approaches to tell a story then recommend improvements 

Teamwork & Project Management: 

  • Hands on mentality and critical thinking to identify how to best utilize paid social to reach our audience 

  • Collaborate with Demand and Product marketing teams to ensure alignment and audience-specific product communication 

  • Ability to work with the Analytics team to ensure SEM Campaigns efforts are being tracked in CRM and can report on revenue 

  • Support in creating processes, standards, and automation in social advertising marketing. 

Requirements

  • 5+ years managing high-volume social campaigns with 3 figure budgets 
  • B2B e-commerce in-house or agency experience 

  • Strong technical knowledge with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Facebook Ads Manager: account structure, ad formats, different targeting, bid strategies, keyword optimization etc.   

  • Facebook Blueprint, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Tableau, Confluence, SemRush, SpyFu 

  • Understanding of lifecycle marketing and customer segmentation 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 

  • Self-motivated, organized, and very detail oriented 

  • Proactive attitude, natural curiosity, and willingness to roll up sleeves to achieve goals and deliver great experiences for customers 

  • Comfortable with receiving direction and translating high-level strategy, and applying both to the task at hand 

  • The ability to organize and prioritize efforts and deliverables, one at a time 

  • Team player attitude and willingness to step in and help the overall team succeed
