The Sales Support Specialist plays a key role in helping the sales team run efficiently. Core job responsibilities include:
- Update contact information from bounce back emails by reaching out to customers and confirming new contacts
- Proactively contacting accounts through direct phone call and email to obtain payment on past due invoices
- Assigns out new marketing leads for sales to follow up
- Provides updated invoices to customer if requested by customer contact
- Various other data quality clean up projects as assigned
- Basic data entry as needed
- This position will be part-time, in-office and approximately 20-25 hours per week.
