Product Consultant DACH (m/f/d)

This role is primarily customer-facing in our largest accounts and prospects, working in opportunity pursuit alongside account teams to help position, plan and deliver services programs. As a TeamViewer Engage Project Engineer, you will be part of our Customer Experience team and collaborate with sales, customer success and product teams to create our most advanced implementation strategies.

  • Build strong relationships and partner with enterprise sales to position value of services from early-stage pursuit
  • Plan implementation engagements, provide effort estimations and develop creative solutions for complex problems in limited time
  • Proactively manage client service issues, researching and resolving issues quickly and efficiently
  • Create technical documentation to serve as a knowledge base for handling support issues
  • Ensure inquiries are responded to within established timeframes and support service levels are achieved
  • Effectively troubleshoot questions and issues within TeamViewer Engage
  • Support KPI definition to build a foundation for measurable success
  • Identify opportunities and support sales in converting them into viable projects
  • Train and coach individuals and small groups in corporate environments
  • Support creation and evolvement of project delivery methodologies
  • Help to mature internal processes and share your expertise with other Project Engineers within TeamViewer
  • Get a basic understanding of the whole product landscape of TeamViewer
  • Actively approach your team and colleagues from different departments to gather information for new FAQ or best practices articles
  • Giving feedback about product related topics to our product management department


  • 3+ years of experience in Tech environment, project management and delivery or technical support
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills paired with an open mind
  • Fluency in English and German is mandatory, further languages are a plus
  • Customer-centric attitude with the ability to make sound decisions based on customer needs and product knowledge
  • First experience in training technical topics
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers in person as well as virtual and/or on the phone
  • Extremely organized, detail-oriented, team player and intrinsically motivated
