Your focus is to retain renewal billings in a specific market by handling requests for termination of existing contracts or cancellation of new contracts. Additionally, you will identify cross-selling opportunities to existing customers. You underline this strength in continuing to help grow and retain our customer base and your success in retaining by having technical knowledge about our products.
Demonstrate and discuss the value of the TeamViewer products to save customer contracts from terminating over the phone and online
Able to answer client questions on product offerings, including setup and functionality
Convert inbound termination or cancellation requests into retention opportunities.
Contact existing clients and convert to cross-sell or upgrade opportunities.
Follow up outbound activities and convert into retention opportunities.
Provide online demos and webinars to potential customers.
Promptly responds to email requests.
Quote and follow up on renewal quotations within expected time frames.
Promote and maintain a high quality, professional, service-oriented company image among customers.
Process any written request from our prospects and customers using (but not limited to) internal ticket system, CRM and license tool.
Update information and activities into various systems as advised by the Senior or Manager.
Discuss (with your Team Manager) possible ways to improve our process and system.
Sales talent and enthusiasm for working with people
Excellent writing, editing, interpersonal and communications skills in English and Spanish
2-3 years of previous relevant working experience is a plus
A degree in Economics, Business, or Information Technology
Advanced knowledge of Windows
Open-minded and team-oriented
