Sales Coach (m/f/d) – Productivity & Onboarding

Responsibilities

  • On-the-job onboarding of new Sales & Retention team members, setting them up for success through establishing and communicating best practices
  • Driving the performance of our experienced team members through productivity, product and system related coaching
  • Act as a consultant to team members and provide helpful advice on coping with job related challenges
  • Gather feedback on all training programs from trainees and managers
  • Evaluate employees’ progress/development after each training
  • Identify individual, Team Training needs/trends and to report these to relevant stakeholders

Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of TeamViewer Products (TeamViewer Pilot, Remote Management, TeamViewer Meeting, Tensor, Service Camp, Frontline, IoT and other products as they develop) and Systems
  • Strong knowledge of the sales process and its best practices.
  • Proven ability to coach others
  • Fluency in English and German is mandatory, the ability to communicate in multiple further European languages is a plus
  • Strong problem solving and sound decision-making skills
  • Excellent communications skills with the ability to motivate people
