Sales Representative (m/f)

– Outbound Spain

  • Drive the development and expansion of the Spanish market, following up special campaigns selling our software solutions to new TeamViewer prospects
  • Deliver input to create new campaigns and sales approaches in order to drive sales
  • Actively contact potential customers and convert to opportunities and sales
  • Analyse the use cases, needs and IT challenges of potential customers in order to present the best solution and find opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell
  • Collect and record Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data, leveraging CRM insights and sales history to enhance Customer rapport and provide account specific sales solutions
  • Prepare quotes for TeamViewer solutions that meet individual needs of each customer
  • Stay informed about Teamviewer solutions to ensure you can effectively translate product features into benefits and sales solutions for your customers
  • Deliver a best-in-class experience to customers throughout the entire business and sales strategy implementation

Critical Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong business acumen and ready to go the extra mile to win
  • Proven sales experience in phone based or B2B sales directly servicing the Spanish
  • Native Spanish, business level fluency in English. Portuguese (pt) language is a plus
  • Experience working with IT support helpdesks, system Integrators, or similar IT service delivery organisations is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional manner when dealing with customers over the phone and via email
  • Motivation to drive success and meet sales targets
  • Enthusiasm, positivity and willingness to help others
  • Open-minded and team-oriented
