Responsibilities

We are looking for a business-oriented commercial lawyer to join our global legal team. Besides a strong legal background, candidates should bring a keen interest in technology, entrepreneurial spirit and clear goal focus. The position offers great growth potential for a highly motivated and skilled team-player.  

  • Support our global sales organization to negotiate and close agreements with our large enterprise customers and strategic business partners
  • Develop strong relationships, drive excellence and become a trusted sparring partner for all internal business units 
  • Advise on a wide range of software licensing, marketing and IT/IP-related issues worldwide
  • Develop our standardized SaaS agreements to the highest best practice standard
  • Collaborate closely with business operations
  • Develop and strengthen processes and standards within our globally integrated Legal and Compliance department

Requirements

  • 2 years+ experience as a commercial lawyer
  • Expertise in licensing / SaaS agreements or general corporate law
  • Experience in collaborating with and instructing outside advisors in an international context 
  • Data protection and general IP/IT expertise is a plus 
  • Fluency in English and German is mandatory, further languages are a plus
  • Interest in working in a modern, dynamic and diverse multi-national and multi-lingual environment
  • You are a team player paired with the ability to work independently
  • Goal-oriented mindset and highly motivated to learn and develop yourself
