Then join our diverse and global team as a global (Senior) Product Marketing Manager (m/f/d) where, together with the Product Management team you’ll define the go-to market strategy, create value propositions, lead the product positioning and support the internal enablement.
- Define the marketing, positioning, messaging and communications strategy for our TeamViewer Remote Access & Support products and features together with the product and content team
- Leverage data and customer research to identify untapped opportunities and develop marketing plans to address them
- Understand the competitive landscape—be an expert on our competition and how they are positioned
- Own, develop and drive all go-to-market activities and programs for the Remote Access & Support products together with the product management team
- Lead the development of in-depth collateral and assets like blogs, presentation decks, demos, whitepapers, webcasts/videos, and marketing campaign assets
- Plan and conduct market and customer research to gather insights about target personas, buyer needs and the purchasing decision processes relevant to the product
- Develop and maintain competitive comparison and battle cards for a better market positioning
- Provide market and buyer insights to drive the development of campaign strategies including demand creation and reputation building
- Work closely with customers to conduct interviews, develop customer references and case studies for external and internal use
- Support in structuring and development of international campaigns and campaign assets with the advertising and demand teams and other internal and external stakeholders and agencies
- Evaluate, recommend and participate in event, trade fair and conference participation strategies, manage the appearance and represent the product and the company
- Work closely with the Product Management and the Corporate Marketing functions (e.g. Brand & Demand, Communications, Operations etc.)
- Ensure high quality and consistency between product and marketing – design, language and messaging
