Small & Medium Business Account Manager - West Coast (m/f/d/v)

Responsibilities

As a Small & Medium Business Account Manager, you are the primary contact for a set of current customer accounts. Your goal is to grow your account base by understanding your customer’s needs and further integrate TeamViewer products into their organization. Our Account Managers provide superior customer service while driving revenue through upsells, add ons, cross selling, and renewals.  Proactive outbound communication will be essential to this role. This role will be located in our Atlanta or Tampa office and work with West Coast accounts. The working hours will be 11am-8pm EST.

  • Serve as the primary contact and product expert for your assigned accounts
  • Maintain a high level of consultative, solution-based selling to upsell and cross-sell additional TeamViewer products to your account base through outbound activities
  • Strategically manage your accounts, create account plans, and develop relationships with your customers to make sure expectations are met
  • Showcase TeamViewer products to customers through online product demos
  • Maintain account records and pipeline projections in CRM tools
  • Assist with renewal quotations to retain customers
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of your customers’ business practices and how TeamViewer solves their problems
  • Meet or exceed your assigned quota and weekly KPIs

 

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills
  • You love to talk to people about their business and are great at developing trust. You are a great listener.
  • Minimum of 2 years in technology related sales experience in a B2B environment (SaaS preferred)
  • You have a proven record of hitting and exceeding your quota
  • Hunter attitude, you enjoy proactive outreach and uncovering customer needs
  • Time management- you’d describe yourself as a multi-tasker and great at organization
  • Intermediate understanding of both PC and mobile devices
  • You’re a pro using the Microsoft Suite of products, and you have experience with CRM tools. Bonus points for Hubspot or Microsoft Dynamics
  • Ability to create sales opportunities through proactive outbound contact
  • College degree or equivalent experience
