Work closely with customer success managers and take over responsibility for the software development on the customer projects
Create interfaces to customers’ backend systems, i.a. WMS and ERP are configured and/or implemented by you (e.g., interface via rest web services)
Develop client workflows and make customer-specific adjustments
Configure user interfaces and take care of on-Premise installation of our software
Support user acceptance and system integration tests
Execute roll-out at customer site and provide end user training
Take on bug-fixing during hypercare phase and handover to support team
Requirements
University Degree (or equivalent work experience) required, preferably in computer science, engineering or related area
Experience working in close customer collaboration paired with excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively communicate at all levels
You bring experience in program/ project management
Ideally you have experience with logistics processes or manufacturing companies, such as the automotive industry
Proven ability to understand the big picture and quickly comprehend complex relationships in dynamic organizations
Enthusiasm for acting as team player, especially when it comes to cross functional teams paired with passion to work independently, assuming holistic responsibility for a project when needed
Fluency in English and German rounds up your profile
