Support our Enterprise Sales Team by being on hand with technical support and advice to meet customer needs
Interact directly with customers and partners to cover all technical aspects of selling our solutions
Support us in the realisation of POCs
Interact with TeamViewer's research and development teams to incorporate customer feedback into our product to continuously improve it and also to handle complex sales projects
Present our product to our customers, conduct training and offer on-site (or remote) support if required
Represent TeamViewer at international events
Work closely with the development teams to bring in special requests from customers and clarify the technical implementation for these requests and coordinate the implementation at best
Business level in written and spoken Japanese and English
At least 5 years of professional experience in technical customer service or IT administration in an international environment
A university degree in computer science, business informatics, applied computer science or a related field with professional experience is an advantage
Profound understanding of customer needs in the field of IoT, sensor technology and data processing
Operating system knowledge of various Linux distributions
Experience with hardware installations desirable
Experience in advising small and medium-sized clients.
Experience in working with development teams of customers and experience in project management of POCs.
Ability to explain and present technical solutions
Ideally you know and understand the TeamViewer software and have already used it in a professional context
Readiness to travel
Experience in building and maintaining strategic partnerships and customer relationships
Experience working in matrix organizations with globally networked teams
The ability to introduce C-level executives to the added value of our products
