Responsibilities
This position involves both, strategic sourcing as well as operational procurement activities with a focus on marketing services. Active negotiating of high value quotes and contracts as well as operational work in our ERP system are in scope of the role
- Act as a main contact for all marketing sourcing topics within the company
- Lead an end-to-end sourcing process – prepare project planning, tendering, cost analysis, negotiations and contracting
- Handle the operational procurement for a wide range of services such as consultancy, training agreements etc. concerning Marketing activities
- Plan and execute strategic sourcing activities in close cooperation with all our subsidiaries in EMEA, APAC and US regions
- Manage supplier processes by continuously optimizing cost, quality, delivery and service parameters
- Explore sustainable and innovative procurement potential areas
