Are you currently enrolled in university or college studies and want to gain some experience in a dynamic, modern, fast-growing tech company? Great! We are looking for a Work Student (m/f/d) to support our Talent Acquisition Team!
- Provide continuous support in the planning, implementation and monitoring of ongoing campaigns and projects in the field of recruiting
- Manage the written and telephone contact with applicants along the entire application process
- Identify suitable candidates, e.g. via databases and social networks
- Assist in the onboarding process of new employees
- Be involved in projects connected to employer branding
Requirements
- Be currently enrolled at a university program in the field of Business, Economics, Human Resources or comparable
- Interested in working next to your lectures as a working student in the amount of 20 hours/week
- Possess an interest in Human Resources and working in an international company
- Bring along enthusiasm for research and project work
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and confident appearance
- Be curious about social media and networks
- Have good IT skills, especially good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Work in an independent and systematic manner
- Fluency in English and German is mandatory, further languages are a plus
