Responsibilities

We are looking for a (Senior) Talent Acquisition Partner (m/f/d) to join our EMEA team in newly opened Porto location. Own end-to-end hiring process and help connecting best talent (external or internal) with the best career opportunities within TeamViewer Portugal.

  • Act as (Senior) Recruiter and partner with various department leads to ensure a smooth and strategically aligned hiring process in the EMEA region  
  • Develop strong working relationships with hiring managers around their hiring needs, taking a role of talent advisory, recommending the most appropriate talent attraction and sourcing strategies to find the best candidates
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and guidelines concerning hiring and employee engagement topics
  • Be the bridge between the departmental hiring teams and applicants by steering the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance and the onboarding  
  • Shape candidate-focused processes to ensure the highest candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Support our HR team in ensuring that new joiners have a smooth start by preparing, coordinating and distributing HR-related documentation  
  • Spend time strategically sourcing, building your talent pipeline through LinkedIn, social media, networking and events

Requirements

  • University or college degree in the field of Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Economics or any other related subject with focus on Human Resources
  • We are open to different career levels, at least 2 years of end to end recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-paced, growing company
  • Good understanding of general hiring policies and procedures in Germany, and creative sourcing strategies to find quality candidates
  • Candidate-oriented approach which values the delivery of positive candidate and employee experience
  • Experience in working with HRIS and ATS and excel for documentation purposes
  • Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Google, Social Media, job boards and more)
  • Background in organizing of recruiting events/job fairs/open days is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and analytic thinking are your strengths 
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages such as German are a plus
