Leverage usage of various platforms and channels (i.e. LinkedIn, Xing, job boards) to boost our candidate pipeline by engaging with passive talent
Follow and dig deeper into the most recent developments on the job market by creating talent maps and pools
Pursue continuous improvements to our Talent Sourcing strategy and processes by relying on data and fostering innovation
Own and work on exciting ad-hoc projects together with our Global Talent Acquisition team
A university degree in the field of Economics, Business Administration, Human Resource Management or a related subject
Previous working experience in a sourcing focused role, paired with passion for research and finding top talent
Curiosity and a creative mindset fuel your approach to finding the right people
Strategic thinking is a fundament of your success when filling roles in various functions using not only professional networks, but also other channels and talent pools
Excellent communication and writing skills
Collaborative mindset and readiness to work in a growing international environment
Fluency in English is mandatory, German would be a plus
