Being a Trainer at TeamViewer, you will conduct and facilitate various training programs, including on-boarding, developmental and ongoing up-skill training for our Customer Contact Employees. You will be part of a team who is responsible for identifying and fulfilling the training needs for our Sales & Customer Support Employees and will be able to see your training ideas implemented worldwide.
Work with Sales, Enterprise & Customer Support teams to ensure training consistency across sites and within the training team
Create new and optimize existing training concepts and contents to continuously improve knowledge and skills (ILT, VILT and online)
Support employees with your product and process knowledge to increase performance and revenue
Align with department and team leaders on a regular basis to identify training needs, design concepts and professionally develop our colleagues.
Evaluate the Key Performance Indicators of your training initiatives to monitor the progress of our employees
Develop a sustainable concept for Blended Learning and eLearning for the needs of the business and employees.
Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally up to 20% of the time.
Professional classroom training and coaching experience, ideally in Sales/Enterprise & Customer support within the IT Industry.
Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills; must be flexible and able to adjust to changes in training priorities dependent on business needs.
Ability to identify and develop strengths and potential growth opportunities for employees
Previous eLearning design experience preferred
Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proven ability to work well as a team player as well as work independently with limited supervision.
Demonstrates a high degree of professionalism.
Good organizational skills to meet tight deadlines.
Proven ability to present complex content clearly and transparently.
Excellent technical IT skills and the ability to quickly and independently learn new contents and concepts.

Hands-on knowledge of the usage and functions of products in the TeamViewer portfolio is a plus.
