Join our new Porto team! Remote Management is a fast-growing product within the TeamViewer product portfolio. Over the past several years we have successfully built and released products which makes IT administrators' day-to-day life easier. Our vision is to become a unified endpoint management solution for our customers.
- Generate and translate abstract concepts into simple and elegant user interfaces.
- Create wireframes and UX/UI prototypes to articulate the desired experience
- Understand target users deeply: develop or work from user-profiles and conduct task analysis, create user scenarios or use stories
- Support implementation and respond to day-to-day questions from developers, product managers, and team leads
- Understand technical, business, and time limitations, and design within these constraints
Requirements
- At least 4 years of professional experience defining and executing User Experience activities as part of a product/application development team
- More than 2 years of experience creating prototypes or highly detailed wireframes for complex web applications
- Ability to communicate complex, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization
- A solid grasp of user-centered design, planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, usability and accessibility concerns
- Ability to balance multiple projects or tasks effectively as well as the ability to conduct user research and showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies
- Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages such as German are a plus
