Web Analytics Expert (m/f/d)

Set and maintain web analytics accounts of the company. Handle events, tagging and other configuration needed for smooth monitoring of company web traffic
Develop & Improve reporting on the web performance, both in GA environment as well as outside of google suit products
Support lead creation (and other monetization goals) on company web sites
Be topic owner of cookies and user tracking policies. Set and update funnels & metrics to track user behavior on site
Work with sales, marketing and product managers to support their web analytics needs
Challenge and evolve user experience on the web page, closely cooperate with UI/UX team to give feedback on the site usability
Take active part in respective development projects, represent Web analytics area in other teams’ projects. Communicating with company stakeholders in web analytics topics
Conception and implementation of data layers, web analytics code and marketing tags on the TeamViewer website and other platforms

University degree in Business, Economics , IT or similar
3+ years of experience with web analytics, preferably in Digital Services domain
Thorough knowledge of the Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics platform. Experience with other web analytics platforms (Matomo, ..) is a plus
Strong data analytics track record. SQL and/or BigQuery proficiency is highly appreciated
Reasonable understanding of major web scripting (HTML, CSS) and web coding languages (JavaScript, Python, PHP, ..) syntax. Proficiency in JavaScript strong plus.
Some experience with CMS systems appreciated WordPress experience an advantage
Well educated about the web analytics domain and its trends
Knowledgeable of the data protection and GPDR rules related to web analytics
