Campaign Manager (m/f)

Responsibilities

  • Strategic development and execution of target driven campaigns for our IT service management platform ITbrain
  • Development and execution of integrated campaigns against the background of multi-channel lead generation with a focus on digital channels
  • Efficient and continuous performance measurement based on KPIs
  • Extention our marketing asset portfolio and optimization of the performance of the customer journey (A/B tests, conversion rate optimization)
  • Close collaboration with Product Marketing, internal & external content creators, and agencies

Requirements

  • University degree in media management, communication, marketing, or similar
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experiences in digital marketing, preferably in the software as a service industry
  • Relevent experience (preferably track record) in managing projects
  • Experience in using online tools such as Google Analytics, etc.
  • Very good English skills (written and spoken), German is a plus
  • High degree of customer focus, independence, and flexibility
  • Strong communication skills, a team player who is willing to work in an international environment
  • Good understanding of technical topics
  • Enthusiasm for innovative ideas, technology, as well as a deep understanding of marketing and customer needs, trends and developments
