Channel Sales Representative

focus on Japan and Korea markets

Responsibilities

  • Effectively grow a partner community to ensure we have the right partners in place to drive new and increased sales numbers.
  • Take responsibility for sales targets and drive sales.
  • Recruit and on-board new partners.
  • Support the enablement of existing reseller partners and distributors.
  • Develop and manage opportunity discovery and development programs.
  • Respond to partner requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Drive local marketing events and support partners in trade shows.
  • Works closely with the Inside Sales teams as well as the Partner Enablement trainer and marketing teams.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Japanese and English (both verbal and written).
  • Experience in sales or relationship management.
  • Ideally you have worked with or in IT, and have experience working with partner and distribution channels in previous roles.
  • Experience working in Japan and an understanding of the cultural differences in working across the APAC region.
  • You must want the challenge to drive and grow the business and not be afraid to work independently to achieve this.
