Digital Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

  • Manage the setup and execution of all paid digital campaigns (SEM, SEA, Social, online ads, etc.)
  • Measure and optimize our paid marketing programs using Google Analytics and other reporting tools
  • Execute content syndication programs to expand reach into targeted audience segments
  • Responsible for driving e-commerce revenue for the US market; focused on high-volume, fast transactional business
  • Develop and manage digital advertising buying and optimize online advertising programs
  • Research and test new approaches to expand reach and to lower cost-per-acquisition
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to increase company’s online presence via digital activity through paid, earned and owned channels, to gain mind share
  • Collaborate with team members and agencies to actively manage and maintain brand voice and messaging across all campaigns
  • Manage program budgets and dashboards as required
  • Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social ad platforms, attribution and programmatic media buying
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Marketing, Communications, or similar; Or equivalent years of similar work experience to this role is required;
  • Digital marketing certification(s) are a plus
  • 3-5 years of relevant professional experience managing digital paid advertising with track record of growth and success
  • In-depth knowledge of paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search, re-targeting, social network advertising, and content distribution and placement networks
  • Solid fluency in English language, both written and verbal
  • Additional language fluency in Spanish, German, Portuguese or French is a plus but not required
  • Excellent professional communication skills in English with keen eye for grammar, spelling, proof-reading, editing, style, voice, etc.
  • Experience in project management is required, along with experience managing project budgets and both forecasting and reporting results in a data-focused manner
  • Solid knowledge and work experience with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
  • Ability to work with a local Marketing and Sales teams, as well as partner and collaborate with a global team
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with little day-to-day leadership oversight
  • Ability to travel internationally as needed (10% or less per year)
