Enterprise Account Manager

Responsibilities

  • Identify the decision makers of our key accounts, identify collaboration opportunities with TeamViewer, and position TeamViewer’s product and service portfolio
  • Identify and initiate opportunities, qualify opportunities/leads, and manage funnel for M2M applications and IoT Solutions to meet growth and revenue commitments
  • Serve our customers at all hierarchical levels and market our SaaS solutions
  • Cultivate personal connections with existing customers to build long-term client relationships and business partnerships
  • Work within the framework of customer visits and pro-active identification of needs and wants to provide solution-based inspiration for commercial, logistical, and technical opportunities
  • Strategically manage accounts and create account plans
  • Monitor the market and assigned territory for new project opportunities, generate analyses and develop new “go to market” strategies to meet emerging business trends and needs
  • Have strong management skills and regular contact with customers to actively identify customer needs and new application areas for TeamViewer’s portfolio
  • Meet or exceed the agreed-upon sales plans and customer satisfaction targets
  • Build an active sales pipeline, then manage the pipeline with a strong focus on closure

What we offer

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, computer science, business administration or other applicable field is required
  • 8-10 years of experience in enterprise account management with experience in creating and executing strategic sales plans
  • Possess in-depth market and industry knowledge, as well as customer contacts
  • High degree of personal integrity and ethical business standards
  • Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal), a positive attitude, and a friendly and professional approach to customers
  • Passion for marketing with a great desire to succeed
  • Negotiation skills at all management levels as well as a high measure of authority in critical situations and an ability to work independently
  • Outstanding fluency in English language; Additional language skills are a plus
  • Affinity for the general economic process and business figures
  • Ability to travel up to 70% of the time
  • Goal oriented mind-set with the ability to close deals quickly and efficiently
