  • Develop and manage the enterprise marketing strategy and execution.
  • Create, execute, and measure demand generation campaigns targeting the mid to enterprise market (100 to 1,500 employee size).
  • Align with mid-market and enterprise sales managers to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and develop new marketing programs and tactics that generate new prospects/leads.
  • Develop and execute customer retention campaigns to retain, grow, and add-on product solutions.
  • Analyze and measure campaign performance; revenue focused to exceed results.
  • Manage business development partners; building co-partner marketing plans and seeing plans executed end-to-end.
  • Exceed lead generation and revenue targets set for enterprise and partner initiatives.

Requirements

Requirements

  • College degree in marketing, communications, or other relevant field.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience; managing enterprise marketing initiatives.
  • B2B and software experience required.
  • Experience managing enterprise marketing programs across Americas & EMEA preferred.
  • Excellent communicator with ability to sell and convince.
  • Experience partnering with sales to exceed revenue targets.
  • Able to work with a local team in the USA and collaborate with global team members.
