Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and reporting on feedback and online reviews of our social media channels including TeamViewer Community Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Google+
  • Manage all user support enquiries, queries, questions and feedback our social media channels including TeamViewer Community, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Google+
  • Be the life and soul of the conversation in the amazing social media community of TeamViewer

Requirements

  • Excellent communication & writing skills in English (fluency in German or other languages is a plus)
  • Currently studying in the field computer science, information systems, applied computer science or a similar education in an IT related field
  • Enthusiastic about social media and online communities
  • Knowledge and understanding of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+ and online forums and communities
  • Strong service orientation and good technical understanding
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
