  • Develop and execute integrated multi-channel lead generation campaigns with a main focus on digital channels
  • Apply analytics and findings to better profile, target and retarget potential customers
  • Monitor, measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns (ROI and KPIs)
  • Drive development of marketing assets and continual optimization of product landingpages performance (A/B Testing, Conversion Rate Optimization)
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing & Management, external service providers, agencies and social media manager to develop a digital strategy that engages the target audience and ensures marketing objectives are strategically aligned across the buyers’ digital journey

Requirements

Requirements

  • Completed studies in Online Media Management, Communications, Marketing or related fields
  • Proven work experience in digital marketing with an emphasis on B2B, preferably for a software company (SaaS)
  • Experienced in online marketing analytics (e. g. Google Analytics)
  • Fluent in English and preferably German
  • Enthusiasm for new, innovative, and technical subjects along with an understanding of customer and market requirements, trends and developments in the world of online services
  • Customer-oriented and full of ideas in the development of new digital marketing concepts and campaigns
  • Highly proficient communication skills and motivated to work in a small team with a start-up menthality
