Senior Customer Retention Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

  • Creation of data-driven marketing campaigns (tactical and automated) for our existing customers
  • Management of the entire implementation process of tactical and automated marketing campaigns from the content idea to the execution of the campaigns including tracking
  • Work closely with our BI team to better understand our existing customers and conduct campaigns around customer engagement, cross-sell and up-sell.
  • Work closely with sales, our product management and BI to ensure smooth cross-departmental communication and a positive customer experience
  • Ensure a positive customer experience across all marketing touch-points of the Customer Journey

  • A successfully completed education in the field of marketing or relevant degree and 1-3 years of work experience in the area of Customer Retention Marketing for B2B or B2C, preferably for an IT company
  • Business level fluency in English
  • Fluency in German is an advantage
  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM desirable
  • Analytical thinking for continuous evaluation and optimization of relevant marketing KPIs
  • Team-oriented, very well organized and efficient in time management
  • High degree of personal responsibility, a hands-on mentality and a solution-oriented attitude
