Account Manager (m/f/d) IoT - Italy - Home Office

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for penetrating and winning new IoT customers and OEMs and growing existing business with our IoT solutions to meet revenue targets
  • Do strategic account management with identifying the key decision makers and positioning of the TeamViewer solutions and services at all business levels in a consultative selling approach
  • Consult, conceptualize and implement projects and solutions to enable and accelerate customers digital business transformation
  • Conduct market analysis to find new project/customer opportunities and create key account plans that ensure customer needs are identified early on
  • Propel the TeamViewer / IoT brand with customers, prospects as well as OEM partners through participation and exposure at various IoT events
  • Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecast process, including pipeline analysis, data validation, and identify gaps and actions required
  • Apply both tactical and strategic go to market models aimed at growing the customer and OEM base both in the short and long terms to drive higher revenues, customer growth and customer retention

Requirements

  • University degree in business informatics, computer science or business administration, and a high level of technical and IT knowledge
  • Several years of professional experience in key account management, business development or at least 5 years sales / software license sales
  • Experience in strategic account plan creation and a network of established customer contacts with relevant decision-makers
  • Understanding and interest in business and economics as well as customers business processes
  • Proven negotiation skills at all levels of business
  • Passion and proven achievement of objectives and ability to work independently with a strong network in the Italian industry
  • Fluency in Italian and in English is mandatory, additional languages are a plus
  • Very strong work ethic with “can do, roll up sleeves to figure it out” attitude
  • Entrepreneurial, with an understanding of the dynamics of a high-growth company with the ability to work in a rapidly changing environmen
