Join our BI department in Berlin or at our headquarters in Göppingen as Analytics Engineer (m/f/d) and help us shape the business decisions and processes of TeamViewer based on data. You will be part of our Data Science team as the interface between data and internal stakeholders. This will give you the opportunity to contribute to our Operational Analytics function to help the organization extract value from our analytical data.
- Maintain and improve data applications that help to optimize Marketing and Finance processes
- Communicate with stakeholders and users of our data products by understanding their problems and supporting them in their needs
- Find new ways to operationally use our analytical data
- Create business metrics and KPIs to understand trends, identify issues, and measure performance of key company activities
- Optimize flows and processes in the Data Warehouse to work with large amounts of data of a product which has millions of users all over the world
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or Information Systems or equivalent experience with a focus on Data
- At least 3 years of relevant professional data experience
- Excellent programming skills in SQL combined with basic knowledge of Python are required
- Proven experience in realized projects in Data Handling & Analysis
- Apache-Airflow, DBT and Docker expertise are beneficial
- Highly motivated to solve complex problems in close collaboration with other team members, goal-oriented, and eager to make a real difference to the business
- Great communication skills which compliment your interactions with internal and external stakeholders as well as with stakeholders without data knowledge
- Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages are a plus
