AR Content Marketing Manager (m/f/d/v)

Responsibilities

Our ideal candidate is a creative content marketing professional, with an insatiable passion for writing, editing, developing, and optimizing content across all channels to attract, educate, and retain customers. For this position, it’s important to be up to date with new technologies, especially augmented reality in industrial environments (not consumer gaming platforms), Internet of Things (IoT), marketing trends, and all things content related.  All applications must include a cover letter for consideration. 

You're a great fit if: 

  • You have an editorial mindset with demonstrated experience as a detail-oriented content marketing manager and a successful track record of strategizing for, outlining, and producing long- and short-form persona-focused content for product marketing teams, demand generation, email marketing, customer nurture flows, sales teams, blogs, and social media campaigns (i.e., eBooks, datasheets, case studies, web pages, landing pages, user guides, emails, ad creatives, white papers, product guides, event collateral, videos, and other digital/print assets). 
  • You’re known for having a high level of integrity, with excellent communication and writing skills in German and English and can collaborate effectively with global and local colleagues. 
  • You understand web publishing requirements and are proficient in MS Office, Adobe, project management tools, and WordPress or other content management software. 
  • You’re excited and self-motivated to create exceptional content, willing to learn new things, and can adapt quickly to changes in a fast-paced environment. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Writing and/or translating landing pages and content for customer and promotional communications for specific target audiences; formulating content strategies; analyzing content performance; and other tasks or projects as assigned. 

  • Translating, localizing, and managing content production cycles from English to German, such as customer case studies, industry papers, solution briefs, data sheets, and other foundational collateral as needed. 

  • Ensuring close cooperation and coordination across other departments like marketing, sales, corporate communications, and product management to collaborate with designers, other writers, product marketing managers, product managers, agencies/vendors, and/or contractors to produce high-quality branded content (including videos), meeting deadlines consistently. 

Requirements

  • Degree in Journalism, Communications, or related field  

  • At least 4 years’ experience of content marketing for digital products, preferably with B2B SaaS  

  • Proven journalistic skills and the demonstrated ability to translate complex technical/product concepts into clear, concise, engaging messaging that resonates with IT leaders/CIOS, IT admins, and business professionals. 

  • Highly collaborative and communicative, with effective project management skills to manage multiple projects and the priorities of cross-functional stakeholders in a complex environment to ensure professional content is delivered according to plan. 

  • Independent and structured way of working, as well as the ability to work as a team; strong willingness to learn; open to accept and apply constructive feedback.
