Support our mid-market and enterprise sales teams, by providing technical assistance and advice to show our customers the path to digitization and to meet their requirements
Interact directly with customers and partners to cover all technical aspects when selling our solutions
Help with the analysis of customer processes and their implementation e.g. POCs
Interact with our Customer Success Managers and Project Engineers to handle complex sales projects
Pass on customer feedback and feature requests to our Product Management in order to continuously improve our solution
Show customers our solutions and support them in the implementation of innovative technologies from the TeamViewer solution portfolio
Present our software products as a technical expert, conduct training courses and offer direct support (on site or remote) if required
Represent TeamViewer at international events
Requirements
A university degree in the field of computer science, business informatics, applied computer science or a comparable degree is an advantage
At least 3 years of professional experience in the areas of technical customer service or IT consulting in an international environment
Fluency in German and English
Experience in developing and creating process mockups
Understanding of processes, preferably from logistics
Knowledge in dealing with various operating systems: Windows, Linux and Android
Experience in project management
Ideally, you know the TeamViewer software and have already used it in a business related area
Willingness to work in matrix organizations with globally networking teams
The ability to bring the value of our solutions closer to our customers
Happy to travel to visit (existing and potential) customers
