  • Work on First-Level-Support cases regarding our private users
  • Work on improving data quality by verifying contact details of our customers
  • Be responsible for the personal use verification of our private users
  • Advise our international prospects and customers

Qualifikationen

  • Education in the field of IT or similar
  • Good oral and writing skills in English
  • Basic knowledge of IT operating systems
  • Technical-minded and team-oriented
  • Strong communication skills
