Responsibility for communication of relevant customer wins, interesting use cases in specific industries and concrete customer case studies based on building a strong relationship to global sales organizations and marketing
Frequent drafting of corporate and financial press releases and other texts, e.g. for the annual report, in German and English
Supporting regular financial communications and IR activities like quarterly financial publications, Annual General Meeting or Capital Markets Day with drafting presentations, talking points, Q&As and other communications materials
Involvement in M&A transactions to prepare announcement activities and materials for internal and external stakeholders
Responsibility for communication strategy and PR around ESG-related projects and activities
Increase data-driven PR activities based on research and surveys
Handling of media inquiries and preparing statements and interviews
Requirements
University degree in one of the following fields: journalism, media, communications, business administration, economics
5+ years of relevant professional experience in PR / communications as well as journalism / content creation
Very strong writing / editing / reviewing and exceptional storytelling skills in German and English, native-level preferred
Very good analytical skills and understanding of numbers and KPIs
Good knowledge of financial communications processes and capital markets requirements, M&A communications experience as well as ESG experience advantageous
Experience in the software / tech industry and tech savviness is a plus
