Customer Care Representative (m/f) Europe

  • Support of our existing customers with their technical and accounting questions regarding our TeamViewer software in writing and by telephone
  • Support of our customers in accordance with your language skills
  • Processing of written customer inquiries via our ticket system
  • Preparation, according to the requirements of the prospective buyers, of individual offers
  • Close cooperation with our support team
  • Conduct online demonstrations to explain software functionalities to customers

  • Strong communication skills and enjoy working with people
  • University degree in the field of economics or commercial or technical vocational training
  • Excellent knowledge of English (at native speaker level) as well as other language as Spanish, Italian, French
  • Windows® user knowledge desirable
  • First professional experience in the field of customer services and/or sales, e.g. through internships
  • Determination, enthusiasm and willingness to learn
  • Working independently is just as important to you as team spirit
