Facility Manager (m/f/d)

Become a part of our Office Management team and be responsible for our worldwide real estate portfolio. Your focus will be on the optimization and expansion of our existing facilities and real estate. 

  • Monitor the proper operation of technical facilities and manage the service providers for all necessary facility services
  • Verify compliance with legal and regulatory inspections of buildings and technical facilities
  • Participate in the planning and implementation of relocations
  • Be responsible for the planning, commissioning and monitoring of modernization measures/repair of technical facilities and general maintenance
  • Be the interface to all external stakeholders, e.g. security services, cleaning companies
  • Be responsible for invoice verification as well as administrative and operational support of various FM topics
  • Work closely with engineers and architects and perform drawing conversions and changes, especially 3D modeling and transfer of photos, sketches, and measurements of CAD floor plans
  • Create, review and maintain fire department and emergency exit plans
  • Be responsible for data maintenance, conversion and preparation for clear ocumentation and presentation of various FM projects


  • Successfully completed education as a constraction draftsman, construction technician, architect or comparable training
  • Relevant professional experience and knowledge in Facility Management or building services engineering of at least 2 years
  • Experience in MS-Office/MS-Project products and ideally relevant experience with drawing tools (CAD)
  • Fluency in German and good English language skills are mandatory, further languages are a plus
  • Experience in management of several locations as well as in service provider management
  • Commercial understanding of FM processes
  • Knowledge of operator responsibility, standards, regulations and workplace guidelines, ideally further training in fire protection
  • High level of initiative, commitment and sense of responsibility
  • Team-oriented and open personality, who likes to learn new things and is looking for a long-term perspective
