Field Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

  • Create, develop and manage all marketing, advertising and promotional campaigns
  • Define and implement marketing plan
  • Build relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors to ensure you remain well connected with traditional and digital medias in Japan
  • Track your marketing campaigns and determine the most successful ones
  • Select and manage third party major exhibitions
  • Create, develop and manage channel marketing programs
  • Formulate, execute and manage demand generation programs for the highest ROI
  • Measure the success of campaigns and use data to further optimize them.
  • Oversee marketing material for all events, campaigns, web banners etc

Requirements

  • University degree in marketing or a related field, or relevant equivalent professional education.
  • At least 10 years experience working in similar roles.
  • Analytical and technical knowledge and experience using MS Office, in particular Excel and web analytic tools
  • Strong interpersonal communications skills and a good understanding of business
  • A self-starter, who is driven to get maximum optimization out of every dollar spent
  • Business level English language proficiency
